Sound familiar
Not laziness. Nothing you were handed was built to survive a bad week.
Shifts, uni, a job that changes on Sunday night. Every plan assumes an office and a gym at lunchtime.
Roti, dal, sabzi, chawal. You are not cooking separately and you should not have to.
Why this exists

Neither of us had a coach. We trained hard for three weeks, got knocked over by a double shift, and started again from zero. Almost nobody fails at this because they do not know what a squat is. They fail in week three, alone, on a Tuesday, and nobody is looking. So that is what we coach. Not a body. The habit of keeping a promise to yourself when nobody is checking. We learned it the long way, on our own. You do not have to.

How it works
Short questions about your week, your food and anything that hurts. We read every one ourselves.
We tell you what we would actually do, and whether we think we can help. If we cannot, we say so.
Training and food built on your numbers, not a template. Then one call a week, usually Sunday, where we look at what moved and change what did not.
The coaching
Fat loss is a calorie deficit. Muscle is a surplus and training that gets harder. The rest is discipline. Your plan is built on your numbers, not on a template.

Who you would be working with
Fat loss, recomposition, and building the habit
I came from India to Sydney with two bags and a body I would not take a shirt off for. I coach people whose week does not fit a plan.
I would train hard for three weeks, then a double shift or a bad month would knock me over and I would start again from zero. I did that for years and called it bad luck.
What fixed it was not a better program. It was working out how to keep going on the weeks I did not want to. That is what I coach now: mostly people who know exactly what to do and have never managed to do it for long enough to matter.
Muscle, strength, and physique work at every level
I started at forty kilos. Today I compete, and I still start beginners the same way I started.
I started training to change how I looked and learned, mostly by getting it wrong, why most of what people are told does not work. Last year I stepped on a bodybuilding stage and placed second in my division.
I do not give every client the same diet and hope. I want to know how your body responds, what actually fits your week, and what we can keep improving. The job is the same whether you compete or have never been in a gym: understand why you are doing something instead of following instructions blindly.
In their words
When I started coaching with Gaggi, I weighed 94 kg and felt tired after climbing a few flights of stairs. Eight months later, I had lost 14 kg while also gaining strength in the gym. I can now complete 10 proper push-ups, train four times a week and fit comfortably into clothes I had stopped wearing years ago.
I had tried several diets before, but they were always too restrictive to maintain alongside Indian food and family meals. Garry helped me understand portions, protein and consistency without telling me to give up the food I grew up eating. I’m stronger, leaner and finally following a routine that feels sustainable.
I was already going to the gym, but I had been stuck at the same weight and strength for almost a year. NEVER-LESS helped me improve my training and nutrition instead of simply telling me to exercise more. In five months, I gained around 3 kg of muscle, reduced my body fat and added 25 kg to my deadlift.
After having my second child, I wanted to rebuild my strength but had very little time for myself. Gaggi created a plan that worked around my family and job. Over seven months, I lost 12 kg, became noticeably stronger and went from struggling with basic movements to training confidently three times a week.
Working long hours and living away from home had completely disrupted my fitness. Gaggi helped me build a realistic training and nutrition plan around my schedule. What made the biggest difference was the mindset coaching. I stopped treating one missed workout or social meal as a reason to give up.
I contacted NEVER-LESS Coaching six months before my wedding because I wanted to feel confident in my clothes and in the photos. With Garry’s support, I lost 9 kg and reduced my waist by 10 cm without following an extreme diet. More importantly, I arrived at my wedding feeling fit, energetic and comfortable in my body.
I used to feel uncomfortable walking into a gym because I had no idea what I was doing. Garry explained the exercises clearly and helped me progress at a pace that felt challenging but manageable. A few months later, I’m lifting weights confidently and can see a real difference in my strength and body shape.
My goal was to get in shape before a three-week trip to India, where I knew there would be weddings, family meals and plenty of travelling. Garry helped me lose 7 kg in four months and taught me how to manage social occasions without becoming obsessive about food. I enjoyed the entire trip and maintained my progress when I returned.
What stood out about NEVER-LESS was how personal the coaching felt. My plan was adjusted around my fitness level, vegetarian diet and demanding work schedule. I always knew what to focus on, and the regular accountability stopped me from slipping back into old habits.
I joined because I wanted to lose weight, but Gaggi helped me realise that my biggest challenge was my all-or-nothing mindset. The coaching taught me to focus on steady progress instead of chasing perfection. I now train regularly, feel more energetic and have a much healthier relationship with food.
Before you apply
No. Close to half the people who start with us have never been inside a gym. Your first plan will have about six exercises in it and every one has a video. We add things when you've earned them, not before.
Same program, same price, same weekly call. The difference is what each of us has spent the most time on. Garry works mostly with people trying to lose fat, change their shape, or finally get consistent after starting and stopping for years. Gaggi competes, and works mostly on muscle, strength and physique, beginners included.
If you genuinely do not know, pick "no preference" on the form. We read applications together and we will put you with whoever fits what you are actually trying to do. Nobody is upsold and nothing costs more either way.
Switching later is free. Tell whichever of us you are working with. We would both rather you were with the right person than be polite about it for three months.
Then do not buy it. That is not a negotiating line. $249 a month for three months is real money and going into debt for a training plan is a bad trade.
There is no cheaper version and we are not going to invent one to keep you on the hook. What there is, free, is your starting numbers: what to eat, in the food already in your kitchen. Run it yourself. Plenty of people do that for six months first and apply later, and we would rather that than take money you need.
It helps, but no. Tell us what you have: a set of dumbbells, a building gym, a $15-a-month place, nothing at all. The plan is written for that. Plenty of people start at home and join a gym in month two, once the habit is real and it's worth paying for.
That's the entire reason this exists. Roti, dal, chawal, sabzi, rajma, chole, paneer, dahi. Your meal plan is built out of what you already cook and what your family already makes. Veg, non-veg and Jain all work.
To be clear about what you're buying: a written meal plan and the guidance to follow it. We don't supply food or supplements. You shop and cook as you already do. And we are coaches, not dietitians; if you have a condition that needs a clinical diet, we will say so and point you to someone qualified.
Most of our clients are outside Australia. Canada, the UK, the US and New Zealand are all normal. It is all online, so the only thing your country changes is when we talk.
Once you join we agree a standing weekly slot with you, usually Sunday, whatever country you are in. Same time every week, so it becomes a fixture rather than something you have to organise.
