Sound familiar
Not laziness. Nothing you were handed was built to survive a bad week.
Shifts, uni, a job that changes on Sunday night. Every plan assumes an office and a gym at lunchtime.
Roti, dal, sabzi, chawal. You are not cooking separately and you should not have to.
Why this exists
Then
Now
Then
Now
Neither of us had a coach. We trained hard for three weeks, got knocked over by a double shift, and started again from zero. Almost nobody fails at this because they do not know what a squat is. They fail in week three, alone, on a Tuesday, and nobody is looking. So that is what we coach. Not a body. The habit of keeping a promise to yourself when nobody is checking. We learned it the long way, on our own. You do not have to.

How it works
Short questions about your week, your food and anything that hurts. We read every one ourselves.
We tell you what we would actually do, and whether we think we can help. If we cannot, we say so.
Training and food built on your numbers, not a template. Then one call a week, usually Sunday, where we look at what moved and change what did not.
The coaching
Fat loss is a calorie deficit. Muscle is a surplus and training that gets harder. The rest is discipline. Your plan is built on your numbers, not on a template.
By application
$249 USD / month
Training, food, and the part nobody else touches: what actually stops you in week three.

Who you would be working with
Fat loss, recomposition, and building the habit
I came from India to Sydney with two bags and a body I would not take a shirt off for. I coach people whose week does not fit a plan.
I would train hard for three weeks, then a double shift or a bad month would knock me over and I would start again from zero. I did that for years and called it bad luck.
What fixed it was not a better program. It was working out how to keep going on the weeks I did not want to. That is what I coach now: mostly people who know exactly what to do and have never managed to do it for long enough to matter.
Muscle, strength, and physique work at every level
I started at forty kilos. Today I compete, and I still start beginners the same way I started.
I started training to change how I looked and learned, mostly by getting it wrong, why most of what people are told does not work. Last year I stepped on a bodybuilding stage and placed second in my division.
I do not give every client the same diet and hope. I want to know how your body responds, what actually fits your week, and what we can keep improving. The job is the same whether you compete or have never been in a gym: understand why you are doing something instead of following instructions blindly.
In their words
I was doing 3 to 11 shifts and thought training was impossible. He moved everything to before work. 11 months, up 9 kg, and my deadlift went from 80 to 150.
Bro I've paid for two coaches before this. Both sent me the same PDF. These two actually asked what my mum cooks and built around it. First time I didn't feel like I was on a diet.
Honestly lagta tha bohot zyada. But I was spending more than that on Uber Eats. Five months in and I've stopped ordering completely. Paisa wasool.
Two months in the scale had moved 1 kg and I was ready to quit. He told me to stop weighing myself and send photos instead. I'm the same number today as when I started and I'm back in jeans I hadn't worn since uni.
I told him three days a week was genuinely all I had with two kids under five. Every other coach I'd spoken to tried to talk me up to five. He just built it for three. 14 kg down in seven months and I've never once trained on a weekend.
I'm 41 and I'd quietly made peace with the gut. Six months, 18 kg, and my blood pressure came back in range at my last check. The GP asked what I'd changed and I didn't really know what to say except that someone was checking on me every week.
I've been the skinny one my whole life and I'd tried eating more about four times. Always gave up in a fortnight. He set it out meal by meal so I stopped having to think about it. Up 7 kg in five months and none of it came off my face.
Before you apply
No. Close to half the people who start with us have never been inside a gym. Your first plan will have about six exercises in it and every one has a video. We add things when you've earned them, not before.
Same program, same price, same weekly call. The difference is what each of us has spent the most time on. Garry works mostly with people trying to lose fat, change their shape, or finally get consistent after starting and stopping for years. Gaggi competes, and works mostly on muscle, strength and physique, beginners included.
If you genuinely do not know, pick "no preference" on the form. We read applications together and we will put you with whoever fits what you are actually trying to do. Nobody is upsold and nothing costs more either way.
Switching later is free. Tell whichever of us you are working with. We would both rather you were with the right person than be polite about it for three months.
Then do not buy it. That is not a negotiating line. $249 a month for three months is real money and going into debt for a training plan is a bad trade.
There is no cheaper version and we are not going to invent one to keep you on the hook. What there is, free, is your starting numbers: what to eat, in the food already in your kitchen. Run it yourself. Plenty of people do that for six months first and apply later, and we would rather that than take money you need.
It helps, but no. Tell us what you have: a set of dumbbells, a building gym, a $15-a-month place, nothing at all. The plan is written for that. Plenty of people start at home and join a gym in month two, once the habit is real and it's worth paying for.
That's the entire reason this exists. Roti, dal, chawal, sabzi, rajma, chole, paneer, dahi. Your meal plan is built out of what you already cook and what your family already makes. Veg, non-veg and Jain all work.
To be clear about what you're buying: a written meal plan and the guidance to follow it. We don't supply food or supplements. You shop and cook as you already do. And we are coaches, not dietitians; if you have a condition that needs a clinical diet, we will say so and point you to someone qualified.
Most of our clients are outside Australia. Canada, the UK, the US and New Zealand are all normal. It is all online, so the only thing your country changes is when we talk.
Once you join we agree a standing weekly slot with you, usually Sunday, whatever country you are in. Same time every week, so it becomes a fixture rather than something you have to organise.
Last call

Step 1 of 3
If it's a fit, we'll message you within 48 hours to book a 15-minute call. It'll come from the contact method you picked. Keep an eye out, and check your spam folder if you chose email.
There is no auto-renew and no contract past the three months. If we don't think we can help you, we'll tell you that instead of leaving you waiting.
Get my numbers while you waitPaid coaching isn't the right spend for you today, and pretending otherwise helps neither of us. No chasing, no hard feelings.
Take your numbers instead. What to eat, in the food you already have in the house, and it costs nothing. If you get six months in and want somebody looking at your week, you will know where we are.
